1.Be the center to establishing and managing customer issues, and escalating serious concerns
to the product team
2.Speaking to users to gather more information and provide update
3.Working closely with relevant teams to fix issues
4.Running tests on fixes
5.Managing reports and relevant documents monthly. These reports are consist of customer issue reports and acquisition performance tracking report
6.Coordinate with acquisition partners and manage the operational side of the projects
คุณสมบัติ

1.A Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of working experience in related fields.
2.Demonstrable experience as a Customer Support in a related field would be a plus.
3.Strong communication and collaborative negotiation skills.
4.Ability to do excels and powerpoint for report and presentations
5.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
6.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
7.Fluent in English and Thai.
