• Curate and manage playlists, albums, featured content, music sections on the platform
• Plan and execute content programming aligned with campaigns, trends, and user behavior (e.g., new releases, genre-based programming, seasonal moments, fandom activities)
• Work closely with record labels, artists, and partners to promote, drive stream, and engagement
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sale teams to support campaigns with relevant music content
• Ensure visual quality and consistency of album artwork and content presentation across the platform
• Regularly update content to ensure freshness and relevance through a systematic schedule
• Monitor content performance (streams, engagement, retention)
• Analyze user behavior and listening trends to optimize content strategy
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
• Promote curated content across in-app media and social channels
• Write engaging captions and provide/select visual assets (e.g., images, artwork) for social media posting
• Collaborate with Marketing/Social teams to maximize content visibility and engagement
คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Music Business, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in music, content, or digital platforms
• Strong passion and knowledge of music trends, artists, and genres (local & international)
• Experience in playlist curation or content management is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
• Strong coordination and communication skills
