• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase participation, engagement, and revenue.
• Develop campaign mechanics, fan experiences, communication plans, and promotional materials to maximize participation and commercial performance.
• Manage and operate fandom products and features that strengthen artist-fan connections and enhance the overall fandom ecosystem.
• Coordinate with artist agencies, content partners, and internal stakeholders to launch fandom projects and exclusive fan experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and provide actionable insights for future optimization.
• Explore new opportunities to monetize fandom communities through digital products, memberships, events, merchandise, and exclusive content.
• Work closely with Product, Content, Social Media, CRM, and Regional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Entertainment Marketing, or related fields.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and user data.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai & English preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Passion for music, entertainment, and fan culture.
• Experience in digital platforms, subscription businesses, loyalty programs, fandom businesses, or entertainment industry will be a plus.
