• Manage and grow fan communities across various platforms, including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other fan platforms.
• Monitor fan feedback, sentiment, and behavior to develop and improve communication strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships between artists, the record label, and fan communities.
• Plan and execute fan engagement activities to strengthen artist-fan connections.
• Develop campaigns that drive participation, awareness, and loyalty among fan communities.
• Analyze campaign performance and engagement data to continuously optimize strategies and fan experiences.
• Plan and coordinate fan-focused activities, such as Fan Meetings, Fan Sign Events, Streaming Parties, Birthday Projects, and other special events.
• Collaborate with Artist Management, Marketing, Production, and external partners to ensure successful execution of fan activities.
คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, Fan Engagement, or the Entertainment Industry.
• Strong understanding of fan behavior, fandom culture, and entertainment industry trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Creative mindset with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible and willing to work outside regular business hours, including weekends, based on artist schedules and events.
• Passionate about music and entertainment, with a strong interest in T-Pop, K-Pop, and fandom culture.
