• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
• Develop strategic plans to enter new markets, offerings, or customer segments.
• Manage the full BD pipeline from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands, agencies and key stakeholders.
• Create mutually beneficial collaboration models that drive long-term value.
• Draft and negotiate partnership proposals, commercial terms, and contracts.
• Develop and optimize monetization models for products, services, and digital platforms.
• Recommend new revenue opportunities such as subscription, licensing, affiliate, paid content, or bundled offerings.
• Partner with marketing, and content teams to build offerings that align with revenue goals.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of monetization projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to leadership.

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Partnerships, Revenue/Monetization, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of revenue models, pricing strategies, and deal structures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
• Experience in media, tech, entertainment, or digital platforms is a bonus.
• Proven team management or team leadership experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
