• Develop and implement e-commerce and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Line, Instagram, TikTok, and the company’s own online channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, customer service, fulfillment, and supply chain teams to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Plan and execute monthly promotional activities.
• Increase traffic through marketplace tools and support performance marketing on social media platforms.
• Monitor budget spending, track performance, and generate sales and operations reports.
• Analyze consumer, product, and channel data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with key e-commerce platforms and social media marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Basic knowledge of sales forecasting, promotional planning, and digital campaign execution.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
