• Coordinate and schedule classes, classrooms, and activity timelines.
• Supervise and resolve issues concerning students in the program.
• Communicate and coordinate with teachers, parents, and relevant parties.
• Manage media and equipment used in events, such as graphics and VTRs for concerts.
• Organize filming schedules and special activities.
• Oversee administrative systems, including cost center setup/closure, advance payments, expense clearances, and processing of purchase orders (POs).
• Summarize monthly teaching fees and process payments to teachers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with the Accounting, Finance, Teaching, IT, and Production departments, as well as other internal and external teams.
