หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage related work in HR department such as compensation & benefits, employee relations, Onboarding, manpower planning, performance evaluations, training and development, performance evaluation, counseling, employee conduct and policies
• Present weekly/monthly report to VP-HR and provide solution to improve efficiency for the company
• Provide resolution of employee relations problems to VP-HR
• Responsible for related data in HRIS system
• Manage expectation with stakeholders internally.
• Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติ

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in HRBP role.
• Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good personality
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Fluency in both Thai and English
• Ability to work in a pressure and dynamic environment.
