• Coordinating business activities for joint ventures, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between partner entities.
• Maintaining accurate records of joint venture transactions and agreements and facilitating timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Organizing meetings and managing correspondence between joint venture partners.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize joint venture performance and enhance mutual benefits.
• Providing support to joint venture teams, resolving issues, and fostering positive working relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing joint venture operations.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to achieve joint venture objectives.
• Supporting the negotiation and implementation of joint venture agreements and contracts.
คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, N2 above.
• Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations in both languages.
• Effective time management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
