1. Creative campaign planning, execution and budget management of 360-degree music marketing campaigns.
2. Ensure the creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed with the account management teams.
3. Supervise and control all production processes that require synchronization with other related teams.
4. Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
คุณสมบัติ

1. Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
2. 2-5+ years' experience of creative and campaigns from ideation to execution in the advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
3. Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver the agreed outcomes for a variety of projects within the agreed quality timeframe and budget.
4. Have a thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends and passion for music and musical talent-related content important; able to stay ahead of music / advertising trends.
5. Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
6. Proven budget management abilities.
7. Good communication and negotiation skills.
