• Manage clients and partnership portfolio to grow revenue targets from various streams; Ads, Sponsorship , Subscriber Acquisition.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives for partners.
• Developing quotes and campaign proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
คุณสมบัติ

• Music Enthusiast!
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years Experience in sales, partnership, telco or marketing.
• 3+ years Experience as a manager with direct reporting lines in sales or partnership.
• Comfortable with sales target, and deal negotiation.
• Strong communication skills both, written/speaking Thai and English.
• Online Platform Business fluency ie., social media, OTT, or ads platform.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in order to work with XFN i.e., Product, Marketing, Music Labels, Artist Management, Operation Support.
