• Achieve daily recruitment goals and KPIs to support the hiring process.
• Screening applications and gather candidate information
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by supporting the application process, handling communications, and coordinating interviews.
• Improve the company’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
คุณสมบัติ
-
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3 years working experienced in recruitment role.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting
• Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks)
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Fluency in both Thai and English
• Ability to work in a pressure and dynamic environment
