The Group's music business is a fully-integrated operation, starting from creation of music, production into tapes, CDs and VCDs, collection of copyrights. In addition, the Group operates other business which complements and supports the music business..
Recording
Music creation starts from creation of lyrics and melodies, composition and arrangement of music and recording. It also includes the creation process of music video and picture editing to produce the comprehensive quality music products ready to be produced into master tapes. Each music group and label creates music in the varieties of segment that they specialize in, to cover all target groups. The marketing and promotion of the Groupis divided, which focus on different music types as follows:

Manufacturing & Distribution
For the music production and distribution, MGA , the Group's subsidiary, is responsible for taking the master tapes from the music creation process to produce into tapes, CDs and VCDs. Consequently, the Company's distribution business unit distributes the products to modern trade (discount stores) and traditional trade (wholesalers and retailers) nationwide, including the Company's retail store and mobile units under the name "Imagine".

Intellectual Property
The Group also operates the copyrights management and collection business, which the Group collects copyrights fees from restaurants, stores, radio stations, karaoke stores, karaoke jukeboxes and other operators who use the music for commercial purposes. The Group has been assigned to collect the music copyrights fees for the Group and also for other external music copyrights owners.
