Media Business
GMM Media Public Company Limited (GMMM), formerly named A-Time Media Company Limited, was established on 8 February 1989, with the initial objective to produce radio programs. In 2002, GMMM has consolidated companies within the Group which provide services in the media business, including radio, television and publishing businesses, changed the status to public company, changed the name to GMM Media Public Company Limited and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Radio
GMM Media Public Company Limited and A-Time Media Co., Ltd. are responsible for airtime bidding and producing radio programs on various FM stations to broadcast for commercial purposes. Each program is unique, as follows:

Chill FM features continuous easy listening music for working professionals, offering issues including current issues at hand, leisure activities, and quality of life. The radio station highlights playing continuous music to unwind listeners from the hectic city life, with "89 Chill FM Soft & Easy". |
 FM 91.5 MHz Hot Wave Popular radio program for trendy teenagers and new generation |
Hot Wave is an in-trend program for teenagers, playing the newest and the most in-style Thai songs from all record companies. The atmosphere is exciting and friendly, run by good-natured DJs with unique characteristics especially for teenagers and encourages optimistic participation from the audience. Activities hosted by Hot Wave include advising on university lives for high school students by college students and precedent celebrities as good examples, or the Hot Wave Music Awards to search for new music talents. EFM "Entertainment in Your Hand"
is run by "new face" DJs who are celebrities, and plays popular
and trendy music. The radio station also features entertainment news
and events, including gossips, lifestyles and updates of celebrities,
with year-round activities, allowing the audience to participate in
the entertainment circle. EFM station is broadcasted via satellite which
other than Bangkok and suburban areas, also covers 6 major cities including
Chiang Mai (F.M. 98.0 MHz.), Chiang Rai (F.M. 95.75 MHz.), Pitsanulok
(F.M. 94.25 MHz.), Udonthani (F.M. 93.75 MHz.), Nakorn Ratchaseema (F.M.
106.25 MHz.), and Songkhla (F.M. 90.5 MHz.), accounting for 80% of Thailand's
economic areas. |

Television
Television business is carried out by subsidiaries and associated companies, who produce various television programs to be broadcasted on free TV channels, including channels 3, 5, 7, 9 and ITV. Cable TV
The Group has embarked on a new business line – satellite television, which is a fairly low cost investment business. Compared to the past, satellites today have much wider domestic and international coverage, which mitigates the need to install additional receiving towers. All that it takes to operate this business are television channel licenses and good programs for broadcasting. The Group has five channels that are aired through Thaicom Satellite PCL.
