Signifcant news reports include: fnancial reports, corporate performance, shareholding structure, shares held by directors, connected transactions, sales and purchase of the Company’s shares, shares owned by the Company, how the company operates under good corporate governance principles, and general news that may have an impact on investors’ and stakeholders’ decision making processes.
