- Develop Marketing Communication Plan ( IMC / Online / Offline / On-Ground ) to promote Music / Artist for new album release by utilizing paid /earned media channels.
- Implement and optimize plan as set Drive asset utilization and promote in all media channels.
- Create strategies to promote Music / Artist to make it HIT in the market.
- Supervise and coach team to operate all plans effectively with efficiency.

- Minimum 5 years in Strategic Planner / Marketing Communication.
- Board and deep dive knowledge of Media channels Experience developing strong internal and external working relationships.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.
- Deep understanding of the complex and constantly evolving Digital/traditional media landscape.
